Senior Manager/Associate Director - Technology

Tiger Analytics is pioneering what AI and analytics can do to solve some of the toughest problems faced by organizations globally. We have offices in multiple cities across the US, UK, India, and Singapore, and a substantial remote global workforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale data analytics client engagements in a global delivery model
• Work with clients' Technology and Program teams to craft engagement planning and execution roadmaps
• Collaborate with business executives to understand requirements and constraints for successful project delivery
• Present solutions to technology and business audiences, highlighting their robustness and business value
• Communicate results to senior management and client stakeholders, and develop plans to operationalize solutions
• Ideate problem solutions leveraging modern data and analytics trends and patterns
• Discuss high-level architecture, platforms, and tools suitable for data and analytics solutions
• Guide discussions on digital and cloud solution strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ideate and implement software solutions

Requirements

• Over 15 years of professional experience, with more than 10 years in technology consulting focusing on data and analytics
• Experience engaging with executive/VP-level stakeholders to translate business problems into analytics solutions
• Proven experience in large-scale data migration, cloud migration, and enterprise implementations
• Expertise with leading data and analytics technologies and platforms
• Strong understanding of cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
• Deep knowledge of delivery methodologies and time-to-market sensitivities
• Ability to track and estimate engagement and program metrics
• Strong project and team management skills, with experience working with global teams
• Understanding of project management and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
