Artha Nexgen in Wakefield, MA is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer (Infrastructure Scale & Enablement) to transform our cloud-first stack. You will orchestrate AWS/GCP, Terraform, and data platforms like Snowflake and MongoDB to build an internal cloud powering the next growth phase.

You will own end-to-end infrastructure, drive secure, scalable foundations, and enable both engineering and non-engineering teams to deploy safely, with CI/CD integrated for enterprise-grade reliability.

• Infrastructure Orchestration: Standardize and organize our existing infrastructure using Terraform.
• Scalable Access & Authorization: Architect and implement access control models for compute resources.
• Democratizing Development: Build tooling for non-engineering departments to manage apps.
• Multi-Cloud Integration: Manage AWS footprint and integrate Google Cloud features for OAuth, IAM, user management.
• Operational Excellence: Integrate CI/CD practices into the SDLC for enterprise stability.
