Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; basic proficiency in PC/office applications and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of the major gifts team, providing prospect research, data insights, and operational leadership to strengthen donor strategy and revenue.
• Oversee gift processing and revenue accuracy by managing adjustments, linking, and compliance with monthly/quarterly deadlines.
• Lead portfolio, pipeline, and data integrity management, maintaining clean records and reflect current strategies and regional goals.
• Produce and maintain gift, donor, and dashboard reporting for leadership and relationship managers.
