The American Red Cross is seeking a Business Development Coordinator in Northern California to support fundraising growth and operational excellence through gift processing, data analysis, and reporting. You will lead volunteers and provide systems training to keep donor data clean and portfolios current.
You will collaborate across teams, ensure deadlines are met, and deliver actionable insights to leadership while guiding volunteers and staff in Salesforce and Donor Portal usage.

The Business Development Coordinator will work under minimal supervision to support fundraising growth and operational excellence through accurate and timely gift processing, data analysis, reporting, data hygiene, and systems training. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, adherence to key deadlines, and strong portfolio management to enable successful fundraising outcomes across the region and division.
Lead volunteers who perform data entry to support the development team.
This position requires you to be located in Northern California.
Physical requirements are those present in normal office environment conditions. Operational flexibility is required to meet sudden and unpredictable needs. Ability to use a personal computer, applicable software, and office equipment for sustained periods of time. May include sitting for long periods of time, driving a vehicle, and working under challenging conditions.
The salary range for this position is (CA): $30.38 - $33.14 hourly.
