Job summary

Qualified’s Software Factory team is building the platform that lets coding agents do real work across the codebase. You’ll join as one of the first engineers, shaping sandboxes, triggers, and audits while shipping to internal customers from day one, and you’ll work closely with the CTO on architecture and roadmap.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a fast-moving environment where you’ll implement end-to-end delivery, evaluate new agents and tools, and help define how the engineering org

Qualifications

• Experience building developer tooling and CI/CD systems.
• Observability: traces, audit trails, cost per execution.
• Proven track record delivering complex systems and leading engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build triggers and orchestration that turn messages into agent runs with concrete outcomes.
• Shape the context agents work with: the codebase, Notion, Slack, Datadog, and integration twins.
• Build human-in-the-loop surfaces for reviewing and steering agent plans, artifacts, and code.
• Evaluate and integrate a fast-moving ecosystem of sandboxes, orchestrators, and agents with sound build-vs-buy judgment.
• Own delivery from design through launch, monitoring, and iteration.
