Job summary

MissionHires is seeking a Lead Developer to architect and build an internal workflow automation platform. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team, acting more like a technical founder than a traditional employee.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in production software, including 2+ years with Gen-AI tools. Key responsibilities include designing core architecture, deploying solutions, and leading discovery sessions to understand customer workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building production software across front-end and back-end.
• 2+ years building with Gen-AI in real products.
• Expertise in modern stacks including Next.js/React.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the core architecture for an enterprise workflow automation platform.
• Deploy into customer organizations to conduct discovery sessions.
• Rapidly prototype and build custom solutions tailored to each enterprise.
