Premise Health is seeking a Senior Desktop Engineer to deploy and maintain endpoints across remote teams and internal users. You will work with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, and Jamf, and mentor junior engineers on the Desktop team.

The role emphasizes automation, security, and efficiency in an enterprise Windows environment, with comprehensive benefits and a flexible full-time remote schedule.

Formación

• 5+ years of enterprise desktop support experience.
• 3+ years with SCCM administration including deployment.
• Experience with Intune, Autopilot, and JAMF desirable.
• Batch and PowerShell scripting abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.

Responsabilidades

• Manage endpoints including packaging, deployment, patching, and maintenance.
• Explore automation to improve tasks, security, and compliance.
• Configure OS Deployment task sequences for hardware imaging.
• Plan upgrades and changes to endpoint systems per change control.
• Collaborate with vendors to support end-user products.
• Lead or participate in project meetings for assigned work.
