Job summary

Noor Group, a luxury residential developer in Los Angeles County, is expanding its design capabilities and seeking a Lead Designer to help build the in-house platform from the ground up.

You will lead multiple high-end residential projects, coordinating closely with senior management, construction teams, vendors, and third-party designers to ensure every project is executed to the highest standard and aligns with the client’s vision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Lead Designer in high-end residential design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Strong project management and multi-project coordination skills.
• Excellent organization and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple high-end residential projects from design development through installation.
• Coordinate with senior management, construction teams, vendors, contractors, and designers.
• Review third-party design packages and ensure plans are executed in the field.
• Develop design concepts, space plans, colors, fabrics, and custom furnishings.
• Maintain budgets and timelines, manage multiple vendors and trades.
