The ideal candidate has 5+ years in luxury residential design, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency with CAD, 3D modeling, and rendering. Buildertrend experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional residential design experience in luxury homes or remodels.
• Experience guiding high-end clients through complex design processes.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and detailing.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development from concept through construction documentation.
• Coordinate with homeowners, architects, project managers, and vendors.
• Present design concepts, finish palettes, and scheduling implications.
• Ensure design intent remains consistent during construction.
