Job summary

TerraPower is seeking a Project Manager, Design Integration in Bellevue, WA to oversee planning, execution and closure of the Natrium Demonstration project. You will coordinate with TerraPower teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of products and services.

The role requires strong project management skills, experience with scheduling, EVMS and budget control, and excellent communication. Candidates should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a high-stakes nuclear

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience directly related to Project Management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience with multidisciplinary and matrixed teams
• Proficiency in project planning, implementation and delivering results
• Working knowledge of project scheduling and budget control, EVMS tools and project control requirements
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and JIRA a bonus
• Experience with Primavera P6 is a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical acumen and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Facilitate management of project cost, schedule, and scope execution
• Assist project teams on achieving deliverables within budget and scope
• Support planning process within control accounts and staffing plans
• Monitor cost and schedule variances using EV data
• Coordinate with Contract Administrator for contractual compliance
• Ensure records are stored per procedures
• Maintain project risk register and mitigate risk
• Collaborate with PMO to follow requirements
