Job summary

TerraPower LLC in Bellevue, WA, seeks a Project Manager, Design Integration to lead the Natrium Demonstration project. You will coordinate with engineering leads and TerraPower groups to deliver scope on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in PM, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and experience with MS Project, JIRA/Confluence, and EVMS. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience directly related to Project Management or Project Delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with multidisciplinary and matrixed teams.
• Proficiency in project planning, implementation and delivering results.
• Working knowledge of project scheduling and budget control; EVMS.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project.
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA; Primavera P6 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate management of project cost, schedule, and scope execution using PM best practices; ensure adherence to plan.
• Assist teams in achieving deliverables within budget while meeting scope and performance requirements.
• Develop staffing/resource plans and adjust schedule to be resource-leveled.
• Monitor cost and schedule variances using EVMS data; propose corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements; coordinate with Contract Administrator.
