• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of mechanical design engineering experience with leadership in complex product development.
• Proven CAD proficiency, especially SolidWorks, and experience with PLM systems.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, refrigeration science, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience with sheet metal design, design-for-manufacturability, and FEA.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
