This role establishes engineering standards, sets verification and validation strategies, and drives advanced design-for-robustness practices to ensure platform-level quality, performance, and long-term field reliability across our Marvel, U-Line, and Viking Refrigeration brands.
The Staff / Lead Engineer provides the highest level of technical leadership for refrigeration platform development, guiding architecture, reliability, supplier strategy, manufacturing integration, and cross-functional engineering decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Sciences, or HVAC-R.
Experience: 8+ years of technical leadership in thermal systems, HVAC-R, or refrigeration development, or 6+ years with a relevant master's degree.
Technical Skills: Expert mastery of thermodynamic cycles, system-level V&V, the SolidWorks/PDM ecosystem, ERP architecture, DFSS methodology, and NPI governance.
