EmployBridge in Sandusky, OH is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to lead the design and execution of custom equipment projects from concept through installation. The role requires strong SolidWorks skills, extensive mechanical design experience, and proven leadership of cross-functional teams.

You will develop drawings, BOMs, and manuals; collaborate with customers, vendors, and manufacturing teams; and drive engineering excellence and process improvements throughout all project phases.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of related engineering and design experience.
• Experience designing industrial machinery, capital equipment, automation systems, or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and execution of custom equipment projects from concept through installation.
• Create detailed drawings and BOMs for proposals and manufacturing.
• Provide technical mentorship to Design Engineers and CAD Designers.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive schedules, budgets, and technical execution; support continuous improvement.
