Qualifications

• Senior mechanical design experience with an OEM or custom equipment manufacturer.
• Strong 3D CAD skills, ideally SolidWorks.
• Understanding of OEM design and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design new and standard custom equipment in SolidWorks, seeing it through from concept to commissioning.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers within a team of 9.
• Clear progression into lead and management positions as the business grows.
