Lake Region Medical Group, P.A. (LRMG) is seeking a full‑time Board Eligible or Board‑Certified Dermatologist to serve as the lead dermatologist and build/develop/expand our dermatology program in Fergus Falls, MN.

This is an exceptional opportunity to establish and lead a thriving dermatology service with strong organizational support in a high‑need area (nearest dermatologist is 45 miles away). You will have dedicated advanced practice provider physician extender support and will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our Cancer Care and Research Center (for skin cancer management) and Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery team.

Practice Highlights

• Primary focus on medical dermatology with a strong core foundation in diagnosing, treating, and managing complex skin diseases. Option to incorporate cosmetics and Mohs surgery as desired.

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

• Base compensation guaranteed salary starting at $550,000.00/year for the first 2 years of employment, plus the opportunity to earn additional income based on production hours worked (wRVUs).
• Annual CME reimbursement allowance & paid professional dues and memberships.
