Lake Region Medical Group, P.A. in Fergus Falls, MN seeks an ENT Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver comprehensive ENT care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

The APP supports the ENT physician with evaluations, treatment, and follow-up for ears, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions. The role covers acute and chronic ENT care, in-office procedures, and care coordination, with a base salary range of $132,279–$170,144 per year and additional production-based income.

Formación

• Master's degree in an accredited NP/PA program.
• Current Minnesota NP or PA licensure or eligible to obtain.
• Certification by ANCC/AANP (NP) or NCCPA (PA).
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in plastic surgery, general surgery, allergy/immunology, or dermatology preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and patient-centered approach.

Job Details: Job Location: Lake Region Medical Group PA - FERGUS FALLS, MN 56537, Salary Range: $132,279.00 - $170,144.00 Salary/year, Job Category: Advanced Practice Provider, NP or PA, The ENT Advanced Practice Provider (APP) plays a key role in delivering high-quality otolaryngology care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This role supports the ENT physician by providing comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care for patients with conditions related to the ears, nose, throat, head, and neck. The APP will manage both acute and chronic ENT concerns, assist with in-office procedures, and contribute to care coordination across the continuum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform comprehensive ENT evaluations, including history, physical examination, diagnostic interpretation, and development of treatment plans.
• Manage common ENT conditions such as sinusitis, otitis media/externa, allergic rhinitis, tonsillitis, hearing concerns, vertigo, and thyroid/parathyroid issues.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care and education.
• Assist with and/or perform in-office procedures (e.g., cerumen removal, nasal endoscopy, flexible laryngoscopy, foreign body removal, cautery for epistaxis, biopsies as appropriate).
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including audiograms, imaging, labs, and allergy testing.
• Collaborate closely with ENT physician, audiology, primary care, and other specialty services to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical protocols, and patient education efforts.
• Provide timely communication and follow-up with patients, families, and referring providers.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current Minnesota licensure as an NP (with prescriptive authority) or PA, or eligibility to obtain.
• Certification by ANCC, AANP (for NP) or NCCPA (for PA).
• BLS certification required
• Experience in plastic surgery, general surgery, allergy/immunology, or dermatology settings preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to rural healthcare and serving diverse patient populations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

• Base compensation salary is guaranteed starting at $132,279.00/year for the first 2 years of employment, plus the opportunity to earn additional income based on production hours worked (wRVU’s).
• Annual CME reimbursement allowance & paid professional dues and memberships
• Relocation reimbursement & sign-on bonus
• Annual employer contributions into 401K plan; fully vested to the employee at the time the employee is eligible to participate in the plan
