Job summary

Britt Medical Search is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time outpatient dermatology role in Fergus Falls, MN. You will deliver comprehensive skin care, perform biopsies and other procedures, and coordinate treatment plans with dermatologists.

The position offers a 4.0–4.5 day workweek, 7 a.m.–5 p.m., and a strong benefits package including relocation and CME support. Minnesota licensure and BLS/DEA are required on hire.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or MPAS from an accredited program.
• Current Minnesota licensure or ability to obtain licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Dermatology experience as a provider in dermatology practice.
• BLS certification and DEA registration required upon hire.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

An established dermatology team in Fergus Falls, Minnesota is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team

Position Highlights:

• Provide comprehensive dermatologic care for patients with a variety of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin infections, and skin cancer
• Perform dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, cryotherapy, and excisions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications, including biologics
• Collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients on treatment options, skin health, and preventive care
• Full-time outpatient practice with Monday–Friday clinic hours, 7 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Flexible scheduling options, including a four- to four-and-a-half-day workweek
• 36 patient-contact hours per week for a 1.0 FTE
• Document patient encounters using Epic EMR

Compensation & Benefits:
