Job summary

Confidential Client in New York City seeks an ISDA Documentation Team Leader to oversee a pod of associates conducting OTC derivatives documentation review and repapering for a major program. You will assess ISDA Master Agreements, Schedules, and CSAs against approved playbooks, identify nonconforming terms, and craft amendments using approved language and fallbacks.

You will manage assignments, throughput, and second‑level review, while tracking progress in client systems.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years hands-on ISDA documentation review and repapering experience.
• Ability to lead an associate pod and manage daily throughput.
• Strong quality assurance, second-level review, and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Review ISDA Master Agreements, Schedules, and CSAs against client playbooks.
• Lead a pod of associates, assign work, and monitor throughput.
• Abstract key terms into templates; prepare amendments and protocol documents.
• Escalate gaps to client counsel with concise issue summaries and recommended paths.
• Perform second-level review and QA on documentation and data abstraction.
• Provide training on ISDA documentation and approved processes.
