Ideal Dental is seeking a Lead Dental Assistant to join a fast-growing group focused on patient-centered care and innovation. You will support clinicians across the practice, operate iTero scanners, and help educate patients while maintaining top-tier infection control and workflow efficiency.

The role requires an active RDA license, CPR certification, and at least two years of RDA experience in a dental setting. Travel to DeNovo offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of RDA experience in a dental practice.

Responsabilités

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Prepare and break down operatories after each procedure.
• Manage patient flow and transitions during visits.
• Ensure infection control standards and sterilization.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Take impressions and bite registrations.
• Conduct digital iTero scans.
• Assist with patient charting and documentation.
• Collaborate with the entire practice team.
