Ideal Dental is seeking a Lead Dental Assistant to join our growing North American practice. You will support clinicians, handle x-ray imaging, iTero scans, patient education, and charting while maintaining infection control and a positive patient experience.

You’ll work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment, travel to DeNovo office locations as needed, and contribute to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care with a culture that values growth and compassion.

Qualificações

• Active RDA license and CPR certification required.
• At least 2 years of RDA experience in a dental practice.
• Travel to DeNovo offices may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures
• Take dental x-rays with precision
• Prepare and break down operatories after procedures
• Manage patient flow and handoffs
• Ensure infection control and sterilization standards
• Educate patients on oral hygiene
• Take impressions and bite registrations
• Conduct digital iTero scans
• Assist with charting and documentation
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient satisfaction
