Job summary

xdesign is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to own delivery outcomes across client engagements, accountable for scope, schedule, budget and quality. You will bring structure to complex consultancy work and help teams adapt when priorities change.

In this role you will build delivery plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders. Flexible hybrid or remote work is available, with occasional travel to client sites or team offices.

Qualifications

• Proven project or delivery management experience in consultancy or client-services environments.
• Understanding of commercial delivery models and how to achieve client or customer outcomes.
• Experience contributing to project discovery or strategy work.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management and facilitation skills.
• Excellent organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to remain focused and effective under pressure.
