Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of projects, products, and technology solutions in Irving, TX. You will partner with engineering, product management, program management, and executives to drive planning, execution, risk management, and delivery excellence.

The role requires strong planning, scheduling, and stakeholder-management skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, with a focus on on-time and within-scope delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven delivery management, program management, or project management experience.
• Ability to plan backward from target delivery dates and build executable schedules.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, products, and technology initiatives from planning through execution and release.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource strategies.
• Drive backward planning to identify milestones, dependencies, and execution paths.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Establish schedules, release plans, roadmaps, and execution timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, hardware, software, quality, operations, product management, and external partners.
• Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigations.
• Drive accountability to ensure commitments are met and delivery objectives are achieved.
• Facilitate planning, status reviews, steering meetings, and executive updates.
• Manage competing priorities and negotiate trade-offs to optimize delivery outcomes.

Partners with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources while driving accountability and successful delivery outcomes.

About the Role

The Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of projects, products, and technology solutions, ensuring successful execution within scope, schedule, and quality expectations. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams, engineering, product management, program management, and executive stakeholders to drive planning, execution, risk management, and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, products, and technology initiatives from planning through execution and release.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive effective project planning using backward planning techniques by starting from target delivery dates and identifying critical milestones, dependencies, and execution paths.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in partnership with stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain detailed schedules, release plans, project roadmaps, and execution timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, hardware, software, quality, operations, product management, and external partners.
• Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Drive accountability across teams to ensure commitments are met and delivery objectives are achieved.
• Facilitate planning, status reviews, steering meetings, and executive updates.
• Manage competing priorities and negotiate trade-offs to optimize delivery outcomes.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, technical requirements, and delivery commitments.
• Support release readiness activities including validation, deployment planning, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, planning methodologies, and execution efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, or Project Management roles.
