Qualifications

• 2+ years grocery or 2+ years food service experience.
• Previous shift lead/management experience mandatory.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Management Certification within 30 days from hire date.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Deli/Bakery Manager in directing and supervising a team of 5–10 associates.
• Maintain high levels of customer service while meeting commissary requirements.
• Oversee food safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Assist in scheduling, training, and delegating work assignments.
• Maintain inventories, track weekly reports, and order supplies.
