Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing field operations on large scale commercial, civil, or infrastructure projects, with deep foundations and SOE focus
• 3+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams
• Knowledge of construction process including scheduling, contract administration, equipment and personnel
• Experience leading field operations and communicating plans across audiences
• Working knowledge of OSHA or equivalent safety regulations

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of deep foundation systems and SOE systems
• Foster safety and quality culture among Clark employees and contractors; conduct safety inspections
• Create and manage a plan to sequence work, manage logistics, and track materials/personnel
• Ensure work quality aligns with project and company standards
• Take initiative to deliver projects on schedule and on budget
• Develop, update, and communicate the project schedule with stakeholders
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-functioning team
• Cultivate relationships with project stakeholders
• Represent the company professionally in meetings
• Understand owner contracts, subcontracts and vendor agreements
• Assist in staff charts, general conditions, project costs, and KPI understanding
• Participate in close-out activities including punch lists and training
• Demonstrate problem-solving to overcome obstacles and conflicts
• Identify and develop relationships with industry pros to win right work
• Exceed stakeholders' expectations by anticipating needs and goals
