Job summary

This role oversees the Decision Support team, manages vendor relationships, and collaborates with finance, operations, IT, and other departments to advance healthcare revenue cycle initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration is required.
• Masters degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration is preferred.
• CFA or CPA certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans, policies, and procedures for Decision Support and Reimbursement.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, support decision-making and strategy.
• Oversee staff daily operations of the Decision Support team and manage vendor relationships; collaborate with finance, operations, IT, and other departments.
