Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or similar field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 10 years hospital and physician patient financial services experience required.
• Minimum 10 years of management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for the Central Business Office (CBO).
• Monitor AR performance and KPIs to maximize revenue and reduce denials.
• Develop and implement processes to improve revenue capture and efficiency.
• Review policies and department structure for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Engage with managed care, payers, and payer representatives to review trends.
• Provide analysis, action plans, and staff training on denials and KPIs.
• Oversee vendor relationships and vendor performance.
