Job summary

SHI International Corp. is expanding its Databricks capability and seeks a Principal Solutions Architect to lead the technical side of Databricks engagements.

You will qualify opportunities, conduct technical discovery with customer architects, and own the architecture design and delivery for migrations to the Databricks Lakehouse. You will work directly with customers to assess migration complexity, AI workload readiness, and risk, while shaping market offerings and maintaining strong vendor

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in lakehouse architecture and platform design.
• Experience in presales, proposal development, and SOWs.
• Strong technical leadership and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification, technical discovery, target architecture design, effort estimation, and risk assessment.
• Develop technical content for proposals and SOWs.
• Build and maintain technical relationships with customer architects and stakeholders.
• Provide realistic assessments of migration complexity and AI workload readiness.
