SHI International Corp. is expanding its Databricks capability within the Data and AI practice and is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to lead the technical side of Databricks transformations.

You will qualify opportunities, perform technical discovery with customer architects, design target-state platforms, and own the technical win. This senior role focuses on platform build-out, migration, and consolidation, helping enterprises move to the Databricks Lakehouse from legacy analytics

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in lakehouse architecture and platform design.
• Proven success in enterprise migration and consolidation initiatives.
• Hands-on data engineering and data pipeline experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification, technical discovery, target architecture design and risk assessment.
• Develop technical content for proposals and SOWs.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer architects and stakeholders.
• Provide realistic assessments of migration complexity and AI workload readiness.
