Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive supplier quality initiatives and analytics across global sourcing and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes rigorous process capability, audits, and RCA to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate brings strong GD&T understanding, manufacturing process know-how, and the ability to lead technical reviews with suppliers while collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (Technical Degree preferred).
Strong background in interpretation of Engineering drawings/specifications, metrology, and manufacturing process planning/evaluation.
Must understand GD&T and be able to lead technical design and manufacturing reviews with suppliers.

Responsibilities

Manage supplier qualifications to ensure capable suppliers meet engineering drawings and specs.
Conduct surveillance audits and inspections of supplier processes and quality systems.
Perform process capability analysis to identify issue trends.
Lead RCA and coordinate with Sourcing, Design & Materials Engineering.
Travel internationally (>50%).
Provide technical guidance to suppliers to assure product/process compliance.
