Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead Analyst - Process Analytics in SCM to drive and own project plans, schedules and resource alignment in a remote setting. You will work with project controls, finance and delivery teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution and proactive risk management.

The role requires hands-on experience with SAP, ERP systems, and advanced planning tools, plus strong communication skills for global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, CS, statistics or a related field.
• Experience in project planning and scheduling with strong PMI-style controls.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive and own quality of project plans, including schedule, resources, milestones and costs.
• Collaborate with Project/Delivery Manager to align plans with progress and forecast.
• Ensure timely updates of schedules and monitor critical paths and float.
• Provide accurate time-related reporting and risk identification across projects.
• Support continuous improvement and integration of project documents.
