Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; GD&T and metrology knowledge are required.
• Experience leading supplier design/manufacturing reviews and RCA.
• ISO 9001:2015 auditor certification or equivalent.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Welding/painting/coating knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier qualifications to ensure capability to meet drawings and specs.
• Conduct surveillance audits and inspections of suppliers' processes.
• Perform process capability analysis to identify issue trends.
• Lead supplier deviation and non-conformance activities; interface with engineering.
• Coordinate with sourcing, design and materials engineering functions with suppliers.
