UST is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to lead data science workstreams at the client site in Atlanta. You will translate business problems into analytical and predictive solutions, owning end-to-end model delivery and guiding a team of data scientists and analysts.

The role requires strong Python/SQL skills, ML library experience, and the ability to communicate complex results to senior stakeholders. Collaboration with engineering and business teams is essential to drive data-informed decisions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, CS, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline.
• 6-9 years of experience in data science, ML or analytics including team leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL for model development and data manipulation.
• Proven experience with ML libraries and end-to-end model deployment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to explain models to stakeholders.
