Job summary

MANTECH International Corporation seeks a motivated Data Scientist to join our analytics team in Raleigh, NC (also Washington DC or Charlottesville, VA). This hybrid role requires onsite 1–2 days per week.

The candidate will lead and support full lifecycle analytics projects, from problem framing to production deployment, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver robust data-driven solutions and training materials. Strong Python, SQL, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data science.
• Strong Python and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with model validation and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to Data Science Projects: develop production-ready models and analytics products for clients.
• Design Solutions within Client Environments: adapt projects to client tooling and environments.
• Consult with Clients to Solve Problems: gather requirements and present findings to stakeholders.
• Develop, Lead, and Support Analytics Training Courses: create and deliver training material for clients.
• Collaborate and Communicate: work with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment.
