Job summary

Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) seeks a Data Scientist III to lead complex ML and analytics workstreams advancing customer intelligence, behavioral prediction, and personalized engagement.

You will own end-to-end model lifecycles, guide teammates, and partner with product, engineering, and MLOps to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions. Require 5–8+ years in ML/analytics, strong Python/SQL skills, and experience deploying models in production using AWS and modern data tools.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in applied ML, data science or analytics.
• Expert proficiency in Python and SQL with production ML experience.
• Strong foundation in statistical modeling, experiments, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern data ecosystems, including AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, validation, and deployment of production-grade ML models for customer intelligence and engagement.
• Own full model lifecycle: framing, data exploration, feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, monitoring, retraining.
• Define evaluation frameworks linking model performance to business outcomes.
• Partner with product/engineering to shape roadmaps and drive high-impact solutions.
• Provide mentorship and code reviews to data scientists and analysts.
• Establish best practices for documentation, reproducibility, and governance.
• Collaborate with MLOps and data teams to ensure scalable model deployment.
• Communicate modeling concepts and business implications to stakeholders.
