Job summary

PNC is seeking a Data Scientist Lead based in the United States, with locations including Pittsburgh, Strongsville, Dallas or Birmingham. Qualifications

• University degree required; advanced education is desirable.
• Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years.
• Certifications/licensures may be required; higher education is preferred if available.

Responsibilities

• Directs and consults on analytics projects using large structured and unstructured data to extract insights.
• Leads data gathering, processing and mining of large datasets and guides analytics teams.
• Represents PNC; provides thought leadership around data science to internal and external stakeholders.
• Supervises the implementation of advanced analytics projects and helps others present analyses and results to management.
• Partners with Data Architects, Data Analysts, Data Engineers and Visualization Experts to develop data-driven solutions.
