Job summary

PNC is seeking a Data Scientist Manager Sr to lead enterprise AI testing and governance in the Data & Automation - AI Governance and Oversight organization. The role is based in multiple U.S. locations including Pittsburgh, Strongsville, Dallas, or Birmingham.

You will oversee AI risk management, set performance standards, and guide a team of AI specialists while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution in AI evaluation and governance.

Qualifications

• University degree required; Masters strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of industry experience with at least 5 years in management.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certifications and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversees end-to-end analytical projects leveraging large volumes of data to derive actionable insights.
• Provides leadership and methodology for data scientists to build models and data-driven solutions.
• Recruits, trains, and develops top data science talent.
