Job summary

PNC is seeking a Data Scientist Lead in the Data & Automation - AI Governance & Oversight organization. Based in Pittsburgh, Strongsville, Dallas, or Birmingham, you will steward Responsible AI principles and lead governance forums with senior leaders.

You will partner with HR, Ethics, Compliance, and other stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide AI practices, verify AI solutions align with principles, and communicate complex governance topics to executives.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher; advanced analytics experience preferred.
• Experience leading AI governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct analytical projects leveraging large structured and unstructured data to derive insights.
• Oversee data gathering, processing, and mining for analytics initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to advance data science capabilities.
• Present governance updates and AI risk assessments to executives.
