Formación

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a data-focused field.
• 7+ years leading data science, ML, or analytics initiatives.
• Strong modeling, ML/DL, and AI system deployment experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and analytics solutions.
• Translate business requirements into data-driven problem statements and models.
• Drive end-to-end AI/ML project delivery including deployment and monitoring.
• Lead advanced use cases like anomaly detection and predictive maintenance.
• Mentor and coach a team of data scientists, ensuring high-quality work.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering partners to scale AI solutions.
• Evaluate new AI/ML technologies and establish governance and roadmaps.
