Job summary

Inspire11 in the United States is seeking a Data Solution Owner to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering high-impact data analytics and AI solutions. You will serve as the client’s strategic advisor and delivery lead, balancing architecture, governance, storytelling, and innovation to ensure outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in delivering data & analytics initiatives in consulting or enterprise settings.
• Deep understanding of data technologies including SQL, data modelling, cloud platforms, data warehousing, ELT/ETL, DataOps, and DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, BigQuery, or BI platforms.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts with ability to guide practical applications.
• Proficiency in project/program management, stakeholder engagement, business case development, and delivery governance.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with ability to lead client conversations and build consensus.
• Bias for action and adaptability; able to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
• Willingness to be onsite at Inspire11 or client location as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics solutions, aligning with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Mentor cross-functional teams of analysts, engineers, and architects, guiding delivery quality and career growth.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients, shaping strategic roadmaps and elevating data-driven business conversations.
• Translate complex client needs into actionable strategies and delivery plans via business analysis and modeling.
• Oversee architecture and delivery across SQL, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data warehouses (Fabric, Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, BigQuery, Databricks) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Drive delivery using Agile or hybrid approaches, including backlog management and risk mitigation.
• Ensure governance, privacy, security, and compliance (PII protection, metadata management).
• Identify opportunities to modernize environments, integrating GenAI and automation for long-term value.
• Champion innovation and AI literacy, embedding AI/ML into scalable use cases.
