Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI seeks a hands-on Data Science Supervisor to lead a team delivering diagnostic and quality analytics for Ford vehicles. You’ll guide AI/ML, DTC/DID/CAN data, and cloud-enabled dashboards, focusing on scalable pipelines on GCP and production-grade reliability.

You will mentor engineers and data scientists, collaborate with product/quality/engineering stakeholders, promote agile practices, and drive delivery of actionable analytics that improve vehicle quality and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science, ML, analytics or related field.
• Experience leading software developers and data scientists.
• Experience delivering data science, AI/ML, analytics, or software products end-to-end.
• Experience with agile software development (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead design of anomaly-detection and analytics using DTCs, DIDs, and CAN data.
• Oversee end-to-end ML pipelines on GCP from ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
• Develop Angular dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop team members, manage priorities and delivery timelines.
• Promote engineering best practices: CI/CD, testing, code reviews.
