Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in data science, data engineering, or software engineering.
• 3+ years building and operating cloud workloads, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience developing data pipelines, analytical solutions, and CI/CD processes.
• Strong Python and data science tools experience.
• Hands-on with AI coding agents and validating AI outputs.
• Knowledge of BigQuery and analytical workloads.
• Familiarity with Git, cloud infra, observability and performance optimization.
• Ability to mentor and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Enable an AI-first, spec-driven development model.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Develop backend Python services and secure, versioned APIs.
• Design scalable data models using BigQuery and PostgreSQL.
