Job summary

CAVA, based in Plano, TX, seeks a Product Manager to define, build, and optimize enterprise data products that drive operational excellence and measurable business value. You will own the product lifecycle—from conception to ongoing optimization—working at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and user experience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements, ensure scalability, and align solutions with enterprise

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in data product management or related technical/business roles.
• Proficient in SQL or Python.
• Experience with modern data architecture (data mesh, lakehouse, etc) and data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Data Product team supporting CAVA’s FP&A business unit.
• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise products, ensuring alignment with CAVA’s business goals.
• Treat products as strategic assets, guaranteeing relevance and value over time.
• Identify high-impact opportunities to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and innovation.
• Establish product KPIs and success metrics.
