Job summary

CAVA is seeking a seasoned Manager, Enterprise Systems to lead the design, implementation and optimization of our enterprise platforms across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and more. You’ll translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and mentor a cross-functional team.

Based in the DC area, you’ll partner with stakeholders to deliver on strategic roadmaps while upholding security, data integrity, and reliability as our systems scale with growth.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in a leadership role overseeing enterprise systems in a complex organization.
• Experience writing clear business requirements and technical documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise systems strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities for technology-enabled improvement and operational efficiency.
• Oversee planning, requirements, execution, and delivery of enterprise system implementations and integrations.
• Ensure security, compliance, and data governance across platforms.
