Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Product Manager to own and optimize enterprise data products that enable operational excellence and measurable business value. You will lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, and UX to translate needs into scalable, intuitive solutions.

The role requires ownership of the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and ongoing improvement, with a focus on governance, adoption, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in data product management or related technical/business roles.
• Proficient in SQL or Python.
• Experience with modern data architecture (data mesh, lakehouse, etc) and data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise products.
• Lead end-to-end product development including prioritization, sprint planning, testing, and release management.
• Partner with business and engineering teams as SME and liaison.
• Establish product KPIs and success metrics.
• Governance: ensure privacy, security, and data integrity.
