Job summary

CAVA is hiring a Product Manager to own data products that drive operational excellence. You will partner with business, tech, and analytics teams to translate needs into scalable, user-friendly solutions, and own the product lifecycle from creation to ongoing optimization.

The role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and UX, with a focus on building enterprise-grade products and measurable business value for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in data product management or related technical/business roles.
• Proficient in SQL or Python.
• Experience with modern data architecture (data mesh, lakehouse, etc) and data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise data products.
• Lead end-to-end product development, including prioritization, sprint planning, testing, and release management.
• Act as the bridge between business and engineering teams and SME for data products.
• Establish product KPIs and success metrics.
• Ensure governance, privacy, and security standards are met.
• Develop training materials and manage user adoption.
