Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
• 5+ years applied experience as a software engineer.
• Experience leading complex projects and engineering teams to successful delivery.
• Experience building large-scale platforms with data quality, observability, and entitlement management.
• Expertise in Java, Python, or Scala.
• Experience with AWS, its core services and security features.
• Experience with big data technologies, including Apache Spark.
• Experience in finance/banking domains and understanding FP&A workflows.
• Collaborating with platform teams to design reusable frameworks.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
