You will drive strategic development of new and existing products and technology portfolios, mentoring engineers and promoting innovation to deliver business impact at scale.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced in one or more programming language(s).
• Demonstrated prior experience with influencing across functions and teams and delivering value at scale.
• Experience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex technology problems across various technical disciplines.
• Practical cloud native experience.
• Expertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Guides and applies the development of multiple products, applications, and technologies across a portfolio.
• Creates novel code solutions and drives development of new production code capabilities across teams.
• Translates complex technical issues for leadership to drive innovation and informed decisions.
• Drives adoption of technical methods in alignment with latest product development methodologies.
• Creates durable, reusable software frameworks used across teams.
• Influences business, product, and technology teams and manages senior stakeholder relationships.
