Job summary

Kaseya is seeking an experienced ETL Lead / Data Migration Architect to guide the migration of quote-to-cash data from Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite into Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced and Oracle. You will own end-to-end strategy, from source analysis through cutover, and lead a team of ETL developers.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in data engineering/ETL, strong CPQ/NetSuite expertise, and experience with enterprise ETL tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data engineering/ETL, including 3+ years as lead/architect on large migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ data model and quote-to-cash processes.
• Hands-on or working knowledge of Salesforce RCA data model.
• NetSuite extraction experience: SuiteQL, Saved Searches, SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), CSV exports; familiarity with SuiteBilling and revenue recognition.
• Expertise in an enterprise ETL tool (Informatica, MuleSoft, Boomi, Talend, Jitterbit, Azure Data Factory).
• Proficiency with Bulk API 2.0, REST/SOAP APIs, and Data Loader; understand governor limits, external IDs, and ownership.
• Advanced SQL and staging DB experience (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL).
• Proven ability to build reconciliation frameworks for Finance/audit.

Responsibilities

• Define migration strategy, architecture, and phased cutover plans.
• Design scalable ETL pipelines aligned with RCA/Oracle configurations.
• Profile CPQ/NetSuite objects and map to RCA/Oracle models.
• Map financial data into Oracle via FBDI, APIs, or Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Own transformation logic for amendments, renewals, multi-currency, and in-flight contracts/orders.
• Run validation and reconciliation with business sign-off.
• Drive data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment with data owners.
• Lead and mentor onshore/offshore teams; review designs and code.
• Produce mapping specs, runbooks, cutover plans, and data dictionaries.
