Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks an experienced Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud migration lead to own end-to-end Quote-to-Cash. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal and IT to ensure quoting, pricing, contracting, ordering and billing scale with growth.

Bring 5+ years in CPQ/Revenue Cloud, strong cross-functional leadership, and expert integrations. The role offers a base salary range of $113,100–$178,900 USD, plus stock benefits and 401k matching.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud implementations or migrations.
Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and cross-functional dependencies.
Ability to lead sophisticated system initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Comfortable operating at the intersection of business process and technical design.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end engineering delivery for the assigned Q2C workstream.
Ensure requirements, dependencies, and user stories are complete before development.
Translate business requirements into executable engineering work.
Define solution roadmaps, integration strategies, and system enhancements.
Provide architectural governance and design best practices for CPQ.
